Physical therapists are trained to accelerate the healing process. They do this by addressing issues of muscle weakness, restricted range of motion, soft tissue movement, joint restrictions, and movement dysfunction. Manual physical therapists use a wide range of tools to get you feeling better more quickly such as joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and individualized exercise programs. The goal is to get you back to the activities you love as quickly as possible.

New Hampshire is a direct access state which means you do not need a referral to be treated by a physical therapist. If you are seeking reimbursement, your insurance company may ask that you provide a referral to show medical necessity.
